Welcome to BooPaws.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BooPaws. BooPaws operates www.boopaws.store, including the products, information, content, features, tools, and services available through our website (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services and purchases made through BooPaws.

By accessing our website, using our Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory consumer right, guarantee, warranty, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Where applicable consumer law provides greater protection, that law will prevail.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from BooPaws.

Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, verification, fraud-prevention procedures, shipping restrictions, and acceptance by BooPaws.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, obvious pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or legal restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide the appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund rights you may have.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an accepted purchase will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided on our website and Shipping Policy.

Unless expressly guaranteed, processing and delivery times are estimates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or incorrect delivery information.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights relating to delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered goods.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available through www.boopaws.store.

BooPaws provides a voluntary 15-day return policy for eligible products.

This commercial return policy is provided in addition to any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, warranty, or consumer guarantee rights available under applicable law.

Where applicable consumer law provides greater rights than our voluntary policy, the mandatory consumer law will prevail.

SECTION 7 – PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

BooPaws may offer promotions, discount codes, bundles, gifts, free shipping, or limited-time offers.

Promotional conditions, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates may apply and will be disclosed where appropriate.

We will not deny a legally required remedy solely because an item was purchased on sale or with a discount.

BooPaws products intended for pets must be used responsibly and according to applicable sizing guidance, instructions, and warnings.

Pet costumes and accessories should be appropriately sized and should not restrict a pet's breathing, movement, vision, or normal behavior.

Pets should be supervised while using costumes or accessories where appropriate.

Discontinue use if your pet shows significant discomfort or if the product becomes damaged in a way that may create a safety risk.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for defective or unsafe products where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the BooPaws website and its original branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentation, text, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BooPaws and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, or republish protected BooPaws materials without authorization except where permitted by law.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

We will not use this provision to avoid mandatory consumer obligations.

These Terms and our commercial policies do not replace mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights relating to online purchases, cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds, product conformity, warranties, repairs, replacements, delivery, product safety, or dispute resolution.

If the laws applicable to your purchase provide greater mandatory rights than these Terms, those rights will prevail.

These Terms and purchases made through BooPaws are subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive mandatory protections, jurisdictional rights, or remedies available under the laws applicable to them.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from contacting a consumer protection authority, exercising a lawful payment dispute right, or bringing a claim before a court, tribunal, regulator, or other authority where legally entitled to do so.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Changes will not retroactively remove consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.
